When I bought the car I got a lot of parts with it that’s been saved in boxes in my storage, and in of the boxes I found a Raid steering wheel with that classic Italian 80s design such as Luisi, Nardi and Momo all use.
I also found a boss kit with the number ”3406” that I later identified as a Luisi adapter for Isuzu Gemini, but that should fit the Piazza as well.
This is the 11th year of the MidnightMeet. After going big in 2022 when we celebrated 10 years, we have evaluated and the objective is to continue growing.
This exhibition is located in the central part of Ulricehamn. In a nice park along the water. We serve food, drinks and snacks.

His Piazza is sporting a black and gold combo, which we obviously love, paired with a pretty bold lowering stance and Renoma Paris wheels and steering wheel.
The wheels are 15″ 7J painted in matte black with gold details, and I absolutely love these! Renoma is a French fashion house, who partnered with Easy Riders of Japan to make a handful of wheels in the mid ’80s.
I’ve decided to try and post with some more regularity this upcoming season instead of collecting a lot of images and info and do bulk posts.
Japdays is finally back – the ultimate event for all lovers of Japanese car culture! 4 – 5 August 2023, Mantorp Park will be filled with Japanese cars of all kinds.
So as usual the car has just been standing still in a storage during winter. I could’ve easily went over there and worked on the Skyline brake conversion, or kept going with the turbo fans for the rear wheels. But as usual I just keep pushing that stuff forward and tell myself to fix it ”later”.
