Next Porsche in the stable - A 924 from 1978
This car was bought ahead of Snowscape Rally 2025, an automotive event driven during the winter in Scandinavia.
And of course I wanted it to be an offroad build, because why not?
The car was in pretty good shape both engine and transmission wise, as well as body wise. So I did a little work on it to get the look I was after:
– 40 mm lift kit from DanMFG and rotated torsion rods in the back
– Roof basket Maxxhaul
– Roof racks
– Extra lights 3x Hella Compact 3000 in the roof basket
– Extra lights 2x Bosch Rallye in the front, operated from inside the car
– Fender flares
– Tough mudflaps from mudflaps.se
– Wrapped in Racing Green metallic
– Porsche Sport steering wheel from Raid
– Wooden gear shifter
– Golden steelies with studded Continental Icegrip 3
– Underglow from dreamglow.se
– Stabilisation bar in front
The wrap was made up by myself, and I thought this green metallica in combo with the gold wheels and decals fitted really well.
Then took the car for a 2000km+ roadtrip in Norway during the Snowscape Rally, drifted it on an ice track and went all the way back home to Stockholm.
The 924 was later exported to Denmark, Copenhagen and the being imported back to Sweden again in the beginning of 2026!
